Beyond Stars. The Mystical Landscape from Monet to Kandinsky

The exhibition "Beyond Stars. The Mystical Landscape from Monet to Kandinsky" organized at the Musée d'Orsay, a Beaux-Arts railway station built between 1898 and 1900, and prepared in collaboration with the Art Gallery of Ontario in Toronto, aims to investigate the mystical part of the Symbolist landscape.
The selection of works includes landscapes by Gauguin, Denis, Monet, Hodler, Klimt, Munch and Van Gogh, as well as key representatives of the Canadian school of the 1920s and 1930s, including Lawren Harris, Tom Thomson and Emily Carr.
